The rules for using E-Order / AJJ Distribution Pty Ltd and placing orders.

Order requests and acceptance

Orders placed on the website are treated as order requests until accepted and confirmed by Baigo/e-order. We may need to confirm stock availability, pricing, delivery details, customer information, and payment before accepting an order.

Payment before confirmation

An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and verified, unless the customer is an approved registered B2B/trade account customer with prior COD or account-payment approval. Normal retail customers must pay before the order is processed, packed, dispatched, or made ready for collection.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in South African Rand. Product prices, availability, delivery lead times, and product details may change before final order confirmation. If an item is unavailable, incorrectly listed, or affected by a clear pricing or information error, we will contact the customer before proceeding.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate contact, billing, delivery, and payment information. Orders may be delayed, placed on hold, or cancelled if information is incomplete, incorrect, or payment cannot be verified.

B2B/trade account customers

COD, pay-on-delivery, or account-based payment options are only available to approved registered B2B/trade clients. Approval is at our discretion and may be withdrawn if payment terms are not followed.

Delivery and collection

Delivery or collection will only proceed after the order has been confirmed and payment requirements have been met. Delivery times are estimates and may depend on stock availability, courier performance, supplier lead times, and customer location.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns and Refund Policy and applicable South African consumer law.

Legal rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit any rights that customers may have under the Consumer Protection Act, Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, or any other applicable South African law.
