How customer payments are received and verified before orders are processed.

Payment before order confirmation

All orders must be paid for before they are confirmed. An order will only be processed, packed, dispatched, or made ready for collection once payment has been received and verified.

EFT payments

Customers paying by EFT must use the correct order number as payment reference. EFT orders are confirmed only after payment reflects in our account, or after proof of payment is reviewed and accepted by management.

Card / online payments

Online card payments may be offered once the payment gateway is live and fully tested. Orders paid online will only be confirmed after the payment provider confirms successful payment.

Cash on delivery / account customers

Cash on delivery, pay-on-delivery, or account-based payment is only available to approved registered B2B/trade clients with prior approval. These options are not available to general retail customers.

Payment verification

We may delay, cancel, or place an order on hold if payment cannot be verified, if the payment reference is incorrect, or if there is a suspected payment issue.
